Hornettek’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. Hornettek warrants that all Hornettek product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship and are guaranteed to operate in complete conformance to the specification described in the datasheet. Warranty Period
Hornettek warrants all new products manufactured by Hornettek (including any accessories included with its products) against defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the product's original date of purchase. Hornettek reserves the right to substitute replacement(s) with similar specification product(s) when exact replacement model(s) is not available.
Limitation of Warranty
Hornettek’s warranty does not cover the following conditions: Products that are missing the Hornettek label, and or warranty seal(s), products that are purchased from any unauthorized resellers, products that are not manufactured by Hornettek, abuse, neglect, damage caused during installation of the product, damage to other devices due to improper use and / or installation of Hornettek products, improper testing, unauthorized modification, data loss, data recovery, physical alterations of product. The warranty seal found on Hornettek products must not be tampered with. If the warranty seal is broken, customer's warranty is void and any warranty claims for such product will not be accepted by Hornettek or its service providers. Hornettek is not liable for item(s) lost or damaged during transit to Hornettek.
Contact
Hornettek's warranty applies to products that were purchased from Hornettek authorized resellers. Defective product should be returned to the Hornettek authorized reseller from which it was originally purchased. If RMA service is not available through the authorized reseller's warranty, contact Hornettek

Shipping Information
Unless covered under other contractual agreement, the following applies to all consumer customer returns:
- Customer must pay postage charges for all shipments from customer to Hornettek.
- Send the product to Hornettek using the carrier of customer choice. Please use a method with ability to trace shipment. Hornettek is not responsible for shipments for which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
- If the product is under warranty, Hornettek will pay for postage of repaired/replacement products from Hornettek to customer. Customer must pay all applicable duties and customs charges for shipments to and from Hornettek.
- Hornettek is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
- NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED without prior authorization from Hornettek. Shipments arriving at Hornettek with charges due are subject to being returned (unrepaired) with all charges, including return expenses, due and payable by the originator.

HORNETTEK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, UNFORSEEABLE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER OR NOT HORNETTEK WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES AND PROFITS, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT.
